Unvaccinated children had a 3% higher chance of catching Covid compared to double-jabbed in US trial

None of the 1,100 youngsters in the US who were double-jabbed with Pfizer's Covid vaccine caught the virus in the four months following their second doses, the vaccine-maker said.
