The amount of Americans who tested positive for marijuana increased in 2020 for the fifth straight year, bucking the overall trend of drug test positivity rate decreasing last year among all other drugs.

It was the second day in a row with more than 10 reported deaths — something that’s only happened one other time since June 19 and 20. Of the people whose deaths were announced Friday, three were in their 90s, six were in their 80s, three were in their 70s and one was in their 60s.
