Health minister defends use of controversial lateral flow tests in No10's new twice-a-week plan

Critics of the controversial kits - which offer results in just 15 minutes - called the scheme 'reckless' and a 'scandalous' waste of taxpayers' cash. The tests will be rolled out in England.
