Judge cancels court-ordered cancer surgery for girl, 13, after mom tried to treat her with CBD oil

An Oregon court canceled a surgery the state had ordered for Kylee Dixon, 13, of Wilsonville, to treat a rare liver cancer, undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma, which she was diagnosed with in 2018.
